The Isenstadts started thinking about getting solar panels several years ago. They wanted to do something “green” and also lower their electric bill, but they were apprehensive about the cost. As Kerri said, “You drive around and you don’t see a lot of homes with solar panels, so you just assume they’re expensive.”
When Kerri and Bill met with Astrum Solar, they learned about all the financial incentives offered to solar panel owners by the Federal, State and Local governments as well as by the utility companies. “We were really surprised by the amount of incentives available and how much they reduced the costs of our panels,” said Bill.
